I’ve been around long enough to know that some of the most wonderful people you will ever meet have been through the pain of divorce. Life comes with a series of challenges, and it sinks the boat for some couples but not others. Cancer is one of those challenges.
Memphis Future Farmers of America (FFA) welding students compete in the First Annual Cotton Field Classic Build-Off and Welding Certification Event Saturday, Sept. 16 at Lorenzo Independent School District. We Can Care provides clients care with multi-faceted program

CHILDRESS — The treatment plan for cancer recovery often includes out-oftown trips, an additional concern for numerous residents, to find a driver and manage the cost.

Modern Home Club hosts first meeting following summer break

CHILDRESS — Modern Home Club held their first meeting following summer break Thursday, Sept. 21 at the Childress County Heritage Museum. Soundra Christy called the meeting to order and passed out the new member directory to those present. Club officers will remain the same.
