MEMPHIS — Once again,the Memphis Lions Club will take the air during the 41st Annual Radio Day, which will be hosted Saturday, March 28 on KLSR 103.5 FM.“It will prove to be a very enjoyable day for radio programming,” Memphis Lions Club’s Billy David Ballew said.
Collingsworth County Sheriff’s Office dispatchers received 911 call at 3:08 p.m. Thursday, March 19 for a house fire in the 1100 block of Haskell St. As temperatures hovered around 100 degrees, the Wellington Volunteer Fire Department responded with 13 firefighters and seven units, along with Constable Ronnie Ward, Wellington Emergency Medical Services and the Texas Department of Transportation. Fire wreaks havoc on Wellington home

WELLINGTON – A fire occurred at a home in the 1100 block of Haskell St. last Thursday afternoon, March 19, sparking from an electrical shortage in the attic, which was caused by a tree branch which fell on a powerline, pulling the home’s meter box from an exterior wall.
