Special to The SunCHILDRESS — The final quarter of the year— October, November and December—bring the year’s most significant changes. Weather is first, but for the elderly, changes in Medicare probably tops the list.

WELLINGTON – The Collingsworth County Retired School Personnel met at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 6 at the Wellington Senior Citizens Center (WSCC). President Phyllis Floyd called the meeting to order.
