CHILDRESS — It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas in Childress, thanks to return of the Treasure Hunt, a partnership between the Childress Downtown Historical Association and The Red River Sun, as well as Christmas in the Park’s 29th Annual Lighting of Fair Park, held Friday, Nov. 29.
Visit downtown Wellington from 5-7:30 p.m. this Saturday, Dec. 7 for the Lighting of the Square, Christmas caroling, a visit from Santa and Mrs. Clause, kickoff of the Red Ticket sales and drawing for a girl’s bike and a boy’s bike. Winners must be present. Courtesy Image

WELLINGTON – Along with the Saturday Lighting of the Square festivities comes Christmas caroling and the kickoff of the Red Ticket sales. Events begin at 5:30 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 7.
