Childress’ Wiseman takes national championship at Nike Outdoor Nationals

EUGENE,Ore.—Taylor Wiseman, a recent Childress High School graduate, competed at the Nike Outdoor Nationals Thursday, June 19-Sunday, June 22 at Hayward Field in Eugene, Ore., taking a national championship title in discus.“I stayed calm and trusted in my process and how I practice,” Wiseman said.
The first year for seven of the Lady Rockets to play softball, one mom described the girls as growing tremendously from game one to the last game and falling in love with the sport.
