Wellington plans all-embracing weekend Independence Day celebration

WELLINGTON – An array of Thursday night happenings opens Wellington’s Fourth of July weekend celebration.
In observance of Arnie Ingram’s 45.5 years of service to the City of Wellington, his family gathers with him at the reception in his honor from noon-2 p.m. Friday, June 20 in the Club Room of the Bura Handley Community Center.
