Wellington’s 2025 Living History Weekend slated for first weekend of October

Assisted by organizer Darrell Colson, Steven Boone, reenacting Confederate General Robert E. Lee, explains life during the American Civil War to area students during the 2024 Living History Weekend at Powell Park in Wellington. Hosted by the Sons of Confederate Veterans Charles Goodnight Frontier Reg. Camp #2280, the 2025 event will again take place Friday-Saturday, Oct. 3-4 at Wellington’s Powell Park on Hwy 83.
