  • The 8th Annual 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run and Walk, hosted by the Memphis High School (MHS) Cross Country Program, attracts local, and no-so-local, runners Saturday, Sept. 16 in conjunction with the 88th Annual Hall County Picnic. According to MHS Cross Country Coach Michelle Branigan, runners came from Amarillo, Abilene, Huntsville, Kempner, Lubbock and more. The MHS cross country teams also competed at the fun run.
