CHILDRESS — Meeting Monday, Feb. 5, the City of Childress City Council approved a bid contract, totaling $82,390, from Waterborne Pumps, LLC, for the rehabilitation of the Stoney Ridge Golf Course pump station.
According to Stoney Ridge Golf Course Director of Golf Scott Veld, the current pump system, which is 17 years old, recently went out.
