WELLINGTON – In a beautiful backdrop of the renovated Bura Handley Community Center, the 2023 Collingsworth County Chamber Banquet evolved at 6:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 14. Blues band Stix and Tones, of Amarillo, played the stage much like the 1940s and 1950s “Rat Pack” Big Band Era in the very same venue.
