Mesquite Groundwater Conservation District (MGCD) celebrates Troy Thomason’s 10 years of service, with his wife, Kay, at its September board meeting. Hired in 2013, Thomason has checked rain gauges, measured well water levels and recorded flowmeter data. “His knowledge of the county and landowners has truly been invaluable to the district,” said MGCD General Manager Whitney Wiebe. “He has worked to help define and create several of the data collection points across the district.” Courtesy Photo
