COVID vaccine for 2024: It’s that time

Most Americans already have an opinion on COVID-19 vaccines by now.About one in five adults received the 2023-24 winter season COVID vaccine. As with previous years, we would expect a winter bump in cases, which makes October and November important months to remember the vaccine.

The importance of vitamin D

When skin is exposed to the sun, vitamin D, a steroid hormone, is produced. It is an essential vitamin that interacts with many different systems in the body.

Area voters choose Trump, Cruz

Wellington Lions host District 2-T1 Fall Meeting

WELLINGTON – Lions from across the Texas Panhandle traveled to Collingsworth County as the Wellington Lions Club hosted the District 2T-1 Fall meeting on Saturday, Oct. 26 in the Club Room of the Bura Handley Community Center.
