Contractors put finishing touches on FM 338 upgrade

DODSON – From the replacement of the Atteberry Creek bridge to installing new sidewalks in Dodson to allow for widening of FM 338, the sizeable highway overlay project from Wellington east to the Oklahoma state line is almost complete.

Wellington Ritz Theatre features ‘Christmas with Pam Tillis’

WELLINGTON – “We are beyond thrilled to have Pam Tillis this weekend here in Wellington, Texas at our very own Ritz Theatre,” said Wellington Ritz Theatre Executive Director Tana Roberson. “This will be a much more intimate show, and it will be sure to get us all in the Christmas spirit.

WELLINGTON – A member of the Quail High School Class of 1940, Helen Lou Lang Oldham Parker celebrated her 103rd birthday with family and friends at 2 p.m. Monday, Nov. 18 in the dining room of Parkview Manor Assisted Living.
