CHILDRESS — Meeting Monday, Jan. 13, the Childress Independent School District (ISD) School Board was recognized by Childress ISD Superintendent Mark Dykes in honor of School Board Appreciation Month.

Hall County’s Plaska Lodge highlights once-in-a-lifetime hunt

MEMPHIS – Plaska Lodge owner Oren Don Molloy chronicles an experience that every outdoorsman dreams of as 2024 came to a close.“The most thrilling hunt for me this year didn’t involve me as the hunter—or even the guide,” said Molloy, who’s been in the hunting guide profession for over 30 years.
