Snider takes on role as new Hall County and District Clerk

  • Pat Snider is appointed as the Hall County and District clerk by Hall County Judge Ray Powell Thursday, June 27. “After 23 years with Memphis Independent School District (ISD), I have retired, effective July 31,” Snider said. “I look forward to serving the citizens of Hall County.” Snider replaces previous Hall County and District Clerk and Chief Elections Officer Kaci Mills, who recently announced her resignation.
