CHILDRESS —Tuesday, August 15, an experimental aircraft stopped in for fuel on its way from Mineola to Nevada for the air races, and a Cessna 172, from Slaton, practiced in the area.
Wednesday, August 16, an Embraer Phenom flew in from Houston on business. It took on some fuel and returned home afterwards.
Thursday, August 17, a Piper Meridian came in for fuel on its way from Utah to Florida.
