CHILDRESS — Thursday, August 10, a Beechcraft King Air medevac flew in from Amarillo to pick up a patient, a Cessna 182 fueled up on its way from Addison to New Mexico and a Cessna 206, from Colorado, stopped for the night. Two Beechcraft King Airs and a Rockwell Turbo Commander, working on the fire south of Quanah, came in for fuel.
Saturday, August 12, a Skyliner practiced in the area.
