Wellington commemorates Stallings’ 97th, 95th birthdays

    WELLINGTON – Overwhelmed by the expressions of love at the celebration of Harry Lee Stallings’ 97th birthday and his wife, W. Doris Downs Stallings’ 95th birthday, the couple expressed their appreciation for the commemorative birthday party.
