Wellington Elementary School kindergarten students welcome Wellington Independent School District (ISD) Superintendent Kurt Ashmore into their classroom. “Through regular visits to campuses and meetings with principals to communication with administrators, teachers and custodians, Board Briefs Newsletters and more, Kurt has ensured an excellent climate throughout the schools,” wrote Wellington ISD Board of Trustee President Cody Phillips in the school board’s nomination of Ashmore.
