Memphis ISD earns state’s highest fiscal accountability rating

MEMPHIS — Memphis Independent School District (ISD) officials announced that the district received a rating of “A” for “Superior Achievement” under Texas’ School FIRST (Financial Integrity Rating System of Texas) financial accountability rating system.
