AMARILLO — Memphis Cyclone Austin Valle and the Wellington Skyrocket defense were recently named to Press Pass Sports’ “Top 10 Texas Panhandle football performers from Week 7,” announced Sunday, Oct. 9.
Valle, a senior running back, paved the way for the Cyclones in a 26-14 district-opening victory over the Quanah Indians, stacking up 167 yards on 27 carries with three touchdowns.
