Wellington High School’s 2024 One Act Play cast and crew perform “All My Sons” last week at the district event, where they won first-place honors. Additional results include the following: Quanah, second; Memphis, third; Clarendon, fourth; Wheeler, fifth; Shamrock, sixth.

CHILDRESS — On a 10-game win streak, the Childress Lady Cats downed the Roosevelt Lady Eagles Monday, March 18 in a 10-2 final, thanks to Kaleigh Ross, who drove in four runs on two hits. Ross also hit a grand slam to center field in the fifth inning.
