MEMPHIS — Maintaining a perfect 5-0 district record, the Wellington Skyrockets wrapped up the regular season Friday, Nov. 11 at George Berry Memorial Stadium in Memphis,blanking the Memphis Cyclones in a 49-0 final for the District 5-2A Division II crown.

In a Class 3A Division II bi-district thriller, the Childress Lady Cats surpassed the Friona Squaws in five sets to advance to the area round Tuesday, Nov. 5 in Pampa, playing sets of 18-25, 25-20, 8-25, 25-23 and 15-13.
