CHILDRESS — Eight Childress Lady Cats were recently named to 2-3A All-District teams, including Outstanding Setter Sophie Stephens and Newcomer of the Year Ava Everage.

FLOYDADA — The Childress Bobcats outlasted Slaton for their first gold ball of the season, slamming the Tigers in a 27-24 Class 3A Division II Bi-District Championship Friday, Nov. 15 at Charles Tyer Stadium in Floydada.
