Memphis’ Sepeda, Flores named Week 2 Panhandle ‘top performers’

    AMARILLO—Memphis running backs Charlie Sepeda and Marcos Flores were recently named to Amarillo Globe-News’“Panhandle high school football top performers” from Week 2, announced Monday, Sept. 5, following the Cyclones’ 32-6 homecoming win over Electra Friday,Sept.2.

    Sepeda, who was also named to Press Pass Sports’ “Top 10 Texas Panhandle football performers from Week 2,” announced Sunday, Sept. 4, rushed 20 times for 139 yards and a touchdown, while Flores picked up 10 carries for 108 yards, including a 64-yard touchdown.
