Childress’ Jacob Mora was recently selected to Amarillo Globe-News’ Week 8 Top Performers, announced Saturday, Oct. 19. Making the roster of 24 players across the Panhandle, Mora secured his spot in the lineup, thanks to his lead of the Bobcat defense in a 41-7 win against the Tulia Hornets Friday, Oct. 18, putting up 13 tackles and an interception.
