Wellington athletes honored at awards ceremony

WELLINGTON — In conjunction with the academic awards program, Lady Rocket and Skyrocket athletes accepted honors at Wellington High School’s (WHS) All-Sports Banquet at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, May 17 at the WHS auditorium.WHS Principal Jermaine Cantu and Wellington Independent School District (ISD) Athletic Director Greg Proffitt welcomed the students, parents and community supporters....
