CLARENDON — Henry Lee Garrett, 74, of Childress, will serve 15 years in prison for the first-degree felony offense of murder which took place in April.
District Attorney for the 100th Judicial District Luke Inman, along with Assistant District Attorney Harley Caudle, prosecuted the case for the State of Texas Thursday, July 20, with the Honorable Judge Stuart Messer presiding.
