Corbin Daniel prepares to share her research on the teacher retention crisis, an issue which is progressively plaguing not only Texas, but the nation, as teachers’ stress levels, safety concern issues and burnouts heighten, during a RED Talks session at the 2023 Family, Career and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA) National Leadership Conference.

Corbin Daniel presents her project, “The Academic Epidemic,” during a RED Talks session, a 15-minute, youth-targeted, nontradition, short and highly engaging presentation, highlighting one of FCCLA’s four Career Pathways. “She has been such an incredible advocate for education reform on a local, state and national level all year long,” Childress High School FCCLA Adviser Amy Detwiler said.
