CHILDRESS — Meeting Friday, June 9 and Monday, June 12, the City of Childress City Council discussed and approved budget- related action items.
In the Budget Workshop, held Friday, the council discussed a 20% increase in water and sewer revenue to offset the cost of the wastewater capital improvement project, as well as a 3% across-the-board raise for city employees.
