    WICHITA FALLS – Eleven students represented Wellington High School at the recent Wichita Falls Certification and Weld Off. In addition to the 17 certifications earned between them, three students placed in the contest where over 1,000 students from 41 different schools competed. Juan Vazquez won his division and received a belt buckle as the top welder for the 2F 7018 weld position....
