AMARILLO — For the second consecutive week, Wellington’s Travon Lewis was named to Amarillo Globe-News’ “top football performers in the Texas Panhandle.” This time from the area round.
Lewis, a sophomore running back for the Skyrockets, rushed for 102 yards and a score on just seven carries in Wellington’s recent Area Championship win against Sudan.
