WELLINGTON — With Judge John James presiding, the Commissioners Court of Collingsworth County recently accepted the resignation of Justice of the Peace Jo Rita Henard,effective Oct. 31. The court appointed Cliff Waller as interim Justice of the Peace, effective Nov. 1 through Dec. 31, until he officially takes office Jan.1,2023.
