Lady Cats rack up wins over Dalhart, Dimmitt, Shamrock

    CHILDRESS — Following four back-toback falls at the Denver City Tournament, the Childress Lady Cats are back on their A game, racking up three wins this week, including two shutouts, against Dalhart, Dimmitt and Shamrock.

    On their home court Tuesday, Aug. 30, the Lady Cats pulled a 3-2 (25-27, 17-25, 27-25, 26-24,15-5) win over Dalhart,kicking off their three-game win streak, which was followed by two 3-0 shutouts, one against Dimmitt on Saturday, Sept. 3 in sets of 25-9, 25-11, 25-22 and another against Shamrock on Tuesday, Sept. 6 in sets of 25-13,25-7 and 25-9.

    Next,the Childress Lady Cats (11-8) take on the Caprock Lady Longhorns at 11 a.m.Saturday, Sept. 10 in Childress.
