Monson Music Studio’s Benjamin Guajardo, a third-grade student at Childress Elementary School and the nine-year-old son of Jake and Stephnie Guajardo, entertains Thursday, Nov. 13 at the Childress Senior Citizens Center. In honor of Veterans Day, Guajardo, accompanied by Monson Music Studio owner and instructor Gerald Monson, performed five patriotic songs on the piano, including “America,” “Marines’ Hymn,” “Anchors Aweigh,” “Yankee Doodle” and “The Cassion Song.”
