CHILDRESS — Meeting Monday, March 24, the City of Childress City Council approved the entrance to Stage 4 of the Water Shortage Condition and Drought Contingency Plan, effective Tuesday, April 1.
On Friday, March 22 in Amarillo, Wellington High School’s Esports Overwatch team earns second place at the Region 16 Esports Invitational, garnering a trip to the state contest in early May.
