Blacksher leads Collingsworth County CPS Child Welfare Board for 30 years

WELLINGTON – Since 1995, Saunna Blacksher has served as chairman of the Collingsworth County Child Protective Services (CPS) Child Welfare Board. Blacksher noted that she followed the late Charlene Poteet as chairman.
