WELLINGTON – In a baccalaureate and commencement ceremony at 7 p.m. Friday, May 16 on Powell Field at Skyrocket Football Stadium, 41 Wellington High School (WHS) Class of 2025 graduates accepted scholarships and received diplomas.

MEMPHIS — A temporary detour, located on U.S. 287 in Memphis, will be in place Tuesday, May 20 to accommodate railroad crossing replacement by BNSF Railway, according to the Childress District of the Texas Department of Transportation.Lane closures will begin at 6 a.m.
