WELLINGTON – An array of Thursday night happenings opens Wellington’s Fourth of July weekend celebration.

CHILDRESS — Wednesday, June 18, a Beechcraft King Air flew in from Austin on business, a Piper Cherokee fueled up on its way from Waco to Kansas and another Cherokee practiced in the area.
