Construction of the new Wellington Gun Club (WGC) clubhouse began in September 2024, funded by a private donation earmarked for the project. Now a popular local venue for youth shooting sports, WGC is also receiving a NRA Foundation grant and plans to add a second trap field and upgrade its rifle/pistol range in the near future.
