WELLINGTON — A cyclist, 31-year-old Ramiro Perez-Hernandez, of Wellington, died after being struck by a vehicle Sunday, Oct. 8.
Perez-Hernandez was traveling westbound, when a 16-year-old female, of Wellington, driving a 2013 Nissan Altima, struck the rear of the bicycle for unknown reasons, killing the cyclist.
