CANADIAN — The Top O’Texas CattleWomen have officially opened scholarship applications to high school seniors attending schools in Carson, Collingsworth, Hemphill, Hutchinson, Lipscomb, Ochiltree, Roberts and Wheeler Counties.
“Applications should be in your high school’s counselor’s office now,” Top O’ Texas CattleWomen’s Dianne Buckingham said.
