CHILDRESS — A second skunk has tested positive for rabies in Childress County, according to the Texas Department of State Health Services.Located west of the City of Childress, the skunk, which was observed acting aggressively, was dispatched and submitted for rabies testing by Childress Animal Control on Monday, Sept. 9.
