WELLINGTON – Summer Owens, a Wellington High School senior sponsored by Wellington Lions Club, accepted the title of the 69th Miss Wellington and a $1,0000 scholarship on the stage of the historic Ritz Theatre.
Presented by former Miss Wellingtons, pageant patrons filled theatre seats for a chance to witness the crowning of the 2022 queen at 4:30 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 2.
