CHILDRESS — Meeting Friday, Sept. 23, the City of Childress City Council approved final fiscal year 2022-2023 budget amendments, including general fund, utility fund, hotel-motel fund and airport fund revenue and expense reports, prior to the 2023-2024 fiscal year opening Sunday, Oct. 1.
