MEMPHIS — The 87th Annual Hall County Picnic welcomed a record-breaking 82 vendor booths, ranging from eight different towns, to the square in downtown Memphis Saturday, Sept. 17, as well entertainment by the Texas Panhandle Pistoleros, Simple Country and the Josh Burnett Band.
