QUAIL – Plans are confirmed for the Saturday, March 30 Quail Ex-Student Reunion. An Easter weekend tradition since 1949, doors of the Quail Community Building will open at 5 p.m. with the meal to follow at 6 p.m. Cost of a dinner ticket is $15.

FORT WORTH — Childress County 4-H member Drake Rabe, the son of Dale and Lori Rabe, was recently announced as a 2023 Calf Scramble Scholarship recipient, earning $6,000 in scholarships. “As Drake continues his educational journey with this scholarship, I am eager to see the positive impact he will undoubtedly make,” Childress County Extension Agent Sandra Moody said.
