CHILDRESS — The Hall-Childress Soil and Water Conservation District (SWCD) is taking orders for field and farmstead windbreak trees. Each year, the Hall-Childress SWCD, in cooperation with the Texas Forest Service, located in Lubbock, offers the public trees for establishing windbreaks.
