CHILDRESS — Childress senior wide receiver and defensive lineman Reid Felton recently received his first official offer to play football at the collegiate level from Bethel College, a private Christian college located in North Newton, Kan.

CHILDRESS — Childress Lady Cat seniors Adah Henderson, Aspen Lomax 1B and Jena Preston were recently selected to play in the Texas Golden Spread High School Volleyball All-Star Games, which will be held Saturday, Dec. 17 at River Road High School in Amarillo.

CHILDRESS — The Childress Bobcats were able to shrug off an early 15-0 deficit and score 48 unanswered points to snag their first district win of the season over the Tulia Hornets in a 48-15 final on Friday night, Oct. 14 at Younger Field inTulia.
