WELLINGTON — Collingsworth General Hospital along with Collingsworth Family Medicine showed staff appreciation by celebrating employees during the 2021 National Hospital Week May 9 – 15.
“To keep different departments working together, we assign at the beginning of the year departments to handle various events,” said Carrie Martinez, administrative assistant. “This year for hospital week, we had administration and nursing working together.”
On Monday, the committee served a breakfast buffet of donuts, kolaches and fruit set up for everyone to come and go as they pleased.
For “taco Tuesday,” employees selected hard or soft tacos, chips for a pile-on or lettuce as a healthy option if anyone wanted a taco salad.
